Family with children Delightful Experience
We arrived on a Saturday, the check-in was quick! The staff was really friendly and reminded us to call for our car 30 minutes before we needed it. The room was super spacious and modern! That bed, oh man, it was like sleeping on a cloud! We heard no noise. just pure rest.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

Oh my gosh, the staff was, like, totally amazing! They even set up, like, super cute birthday decorations for my daughter. Every room felt like opening a gift—so unique and decorated beautifully. Plus, we were just steps away from the coolest places to check out and eat! The ribeye room service was to die for!

i almost wrote a great review, but the early check-in fee of 500 pesos was ridiculous! along with the unbearable noise from the courtyard, i expected at least a complimentary drink to soothe the troubles, but no such luck. beautiful hotel, but the service could be so much better if only they cared more about their guests. so disappointing.

The charming ambiance of the hotel truly captivates you, with beautifully decorated rooms that feel unique and inviting. The staff is incredibly attentive, making sure our every need was met promptly. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the town, with plenty of eateries and shops just a short walk away.
Wi-Fi connectivity could use some improvement, as it tends to be inconsistent in certain areas.

missingWrote a review on 30 Mayhistoric charmunique experiencechaotic check-in
The historic charm made our vacation unforgettable. We explored the vibrant Historic Centre and chilled at the Main Park. The room was pretty quiet, and breakfast had some nice touches. Definitely recommend for those looking for a unique experience.
The check-in process was a bit chaotic since the same person handled valet and luggage. It was tricky to unload without a designated area.

missingWrote a review on 09 Aprbeautifully decorated roomimpeccable servicepoor sound insulationchaotic check-infrequent disturbances
The large, beautifully decorated rooms offered a lovely view, and the pool area was a perfect retreat after a day out. Impeccable service was evident, especially during meal times, with room service delivering divine dishes, including exquisite salmon. However, sound insulation was lacking, leading to disturbances from the courtyard, which were particularly frustrating during busy holiday times. Additionally, the check-in process could be improved, as it often felt chaotic and prolonged.
